The Esoteric Breast Massages have been an amazingly powerful healing experience for me. In the beginning I was challenged and confronted about someone massaging my breasts. Any discomfort I felt was outweighed by the amount of healing that occurred. The EBMs have cleared more issues than anything else I have done. I realised that Esoteric Breast Massages are an act of being loving towards myself as a woman. Thank you for the gentle honesty and support.

My experience with the EBM has been profound. Whilst it is incredibly gentle, it is also very revealing. It has been able to show me exactly where I am with being a woman in my body in this life. All my old hurts and issues have been buried in my breasts, so how could I hope to come into my glory as a woman without first clearing all this away?
I have experienced EBM with two different practitioners, one from the UK and the other from Australia, both have treated me with the utmost respect. With the EBM and just by being who they are and how they are, it has been revealed to me how to honour my breasts as centres of nurturing for myself and for others, and how to be a clear receptacle that enhouses my soul.

Since I have been having the regular EBMs, I have found a vast improvement in my period pain (which has disappeared, having had it for 34 years previous to starting the EBMs), my energy levels, and sense of balance and harmony have markedly improved each month around the time of menstruation, and, having had lumpy and painful breasts for most of my adult life, these are now pain-free. I feel for me that EBMs have helped me to become more connected and aware of the energy in which I am both during feeding my daughter and in the connectedness to my femaleness/stillness and my inner self.

I had the experience to feel myself more and more. At first my breasts where nearly numb and I could hardly feel anything. Then slowly they started to re-awaken and the feelings and layers of emotions came up and out and I could feel and process them. I now feel that I fill my own breasts, they have become a part of my body and as such I feel more whole and complete. My femininity has started to move. My identification as a woman is changing. My perception and attitude towards my breasts have changed. I am more loving towards myself and look after myself more and more. And by that the connections to and meetings with other people have changed, I am perceived as a woman. I am claiming the woman that I am more and it is a natural feeling now. My sexuality has also changed. I am now making sure that the meetings are truthful and real and that I am expressing from my heart. I pay attention to my own desires and needs.

The Esoteric Breast Massage has been so hugely informative for me about the way I live my life.The information that is simply there presented in my breasts provides a welcome clarity. The change that I have experienced over 4 months is astounding. I feel more content within myself, I am making new choices, and the period pain I used to experience every month has gone. No more painkillers!
I would recommend the Esoteric Breast Massage to any woman. It feels like a sacred acknowledgement of self, and though challenging is a very personal gentle way of honouring ourselves as women in this world.

I thought I'd share with you the physical changes that I've noticed in myself since our session… I've noticed: period. Got it earlier and didn't have tender breasts, no cramping and no PMT. Sweet! It was truly "what's that?? oh...., that's right!"
My breasts also feel like they have filled up and are more even (visually). I still feel like I'm getting used to having them. I feel like I'm getting bigger on the inside and that I'm letting it fill me in and I'm allowing, still rather cautiously though, to let myself fill-in and become the shape of the woman I am."
